Bobbi Garrop

I have drawn/painted since I was a child. I am originally form Chicago, and when I was 10 years old, I won a scholarship to the Art Institute of Chicago. Over the years, I have taken classes from a number of instructors. Gary Bergren has been a favorite; I have learned a great deal from him. I am also a founding member of EBAG. Most of my career was being a Reading Specialist, mainly in Benicia, for 23 years. During that time, I was part of the People to People reading delegation and traveled to China and Russia, on its behalf, giving reading instruction to teachers in those countries. I have also sung and acted, locally, in at least 17 plays. So, I love to paint, read, sing and act! That about sums me up! Garrop's Gallery
